Our newly built - and equipped apartment house is located in the Köpenick - Treptow district of Berlin, in the Müggelheim district, in the immediate vicinity of the large and small Müggelsee, the Müggelberge - surrounded by forests and meadows.
Close to the city and yet in a quiet location, there are various options for organizing your leisure time. You can reach swimming lakes, zoo, shopping opportunities, discount stores, restaurants and much more in a short period of time, whether mobile or by public transport.
It doesn't take long, but you can also relax on the terrace in the garden. The total living space is 190 m² (possible maximum occupancy with a total booking of around 16 people) (- a total of 5 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms; 3 kitchens are to be used) and is divided into three residential units (individual apartments in different sizes) with separate access. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove; Oven; nespresso coffee machine; Dishwasher; Washing machine; Fridge and freezer. Bedrooms are equipped with double box spring beds and accessible wardrobes, all rooms have underfloor heating in colder temperatures, regardless of the weather. You can also watch TV on a Smart TV via TV-Giga. W-LAN is included. Bed linen and towels to make you feel good are of course also included. The bathrooms have, depending on the case, a shower; Vanity; enough storage space; as well as a hair dryer.
